Refund policy
All regular priced items may be returned for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of the shipment delivery date. Please note, refunds to the original payment method are not permitted for any product.
For your item to be eligible for exchange or credit:
- The product must be unworn and in its original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase must be available.
Please note:
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or return for store credit if the purchase delivery date is outside of our return window, if the proof of purchase is not available and/or we deem the product has been worn.
Original shipping fees on purchases are not refundable and will not be credited to your exchange or store credit should you choose to proceed with a return.
All customized jewelry and items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for store credit or exchange.
